I am SO sad but LOOK, I have almost 50 followers, I could cry...and probably will, since people add me and then drop me and it breaks my heart!! *sob!* Don't DO it people!! Keep me, look, I am tap-dancing while knitting a scarf, while hula hooping and smoking 5 cigarettes...okay it's not true. I don't smoke!! :)
I went and saw Night at the Museum 2 today. It was so cute!! Hank Azaria was so freaking hilarious! He had this Boris Karloff with a lisp voice going on, he really was awesome in this movie! I loved seeing beloved characters again. Jedidiah and Octavius are two of my all time favorites. That's the mini Owen Wilson and Steve Coogan! They are the best part of both movies. Okay I also love Teddy Roosevelt and Rexxy and of course Ben Stiller's Larry. Plus now I love Amy Adam's Amelia Earhart, and all 3 of Hank's roles (the Thinker, Abe Lincoln and Kahmunrah) and General Custer. And the cameo's like Oscar the Grouch and Darth Vader are just pure fun! They had some aspects that made it even more interesting, things not expected, that I loved. And MAN, I had no idea the Smithsonian had so much to offer, I had no idea how many different buildings consisted of ONE museum. I really want to go there now, but it seems like to enjoy ONE museum you'd need DAYS! Anyway, see I didn't reveal spoilers, I am proud of myself. LOL! It was really cute and a fun time, so go and see it!!
I also watched yesterdays Season Finale of Medium and I am SO delighted that we will get to see what happens with Allison's stroke/coma next season on CBS!! I love this show and am so glad a deal was made so seamlessly...unlike Project Runway which we lovers of will finally get to see this summer, thank goodness!!
Plus I watched I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, and am hooked! Heidi crying because of the camp and how HARD it is, is deliciously pure FUN! And Spencer having a RAGE attack because they DARED to make fun of Heidi's hairspray and tore off the label when they thought the two had dropped out (again) was just FUN tv! The only person on the show I consider a TRUE celebrity is Lou Diamond Philips and man he is still a cutie and in great shape! Stephen Baldwin...okay he is a celebrity too, but the rest? Psshhhh, nooooo. Janice Dickinson who claims to have coined the phrase Supermodel, which makes her the first supermodel (rolling eyes). Spencer and Heidi Pratt (I watch the Hills and even I don't consider them celebrities). Some wrestler chick named Torrie and a former NBA player. These two women who call themselves Frangela, and are supposedly funny...umm not. Some Governor's wife who is there because her hubby's scandal is too much for him to be there. And Sanjaya, the weirdo from American Idol. Yeah they are NOT celebrities, amusing? YES. I could not believe when they had to eat those nasty things and Baldwin was the wimp, he was their "go to" guy!!
As for me? Today I am...okay. That is pretty good for me lately so I will take it and can only hope to have okay again tommorrow.
10 meaningful meanderings:
Yeah, I watched 2 seconds of that and saw annoying Spencer Pratt running his mouth and said no way!
I am with Yaya. I decided not to watch too much because Spencer and Heidi put me in a bad mood. Although I think most of that show is a complete joke, they still bug me. And the NBA player is kind of a celebrity here because he used to play for the Pistons :) We all consider John Sally to be a celebrity. I am lost until Fall TV comes back (and Army Wives starts Sunday).
My kids want to see Night at the Museum 2 and actually, so do I. I loved the first one--HILARIOUS!!
If only I could add you twice so you can reach your quota…
I have always wanted to see the Night at the Museum movie. Now that there are two, I may just have to get both and have a Museum Movie night.
I recorded the celebrity show, but haven't watched yet!
I would watch that show for the soul purpose of watching Heidi cry.
I hate when you get stuck right below a milestone number of followers.
Yeah, since when is Sanj..... whatever his name is, since when is he a celebrity. I missed the show. So sad.
I think you watch more tv than anyone I know!
What gets me with followers is how they follow several blogs, but rarely - or never - comment on them. I'd rather 2 followers who commented regularly than 20 who I wasn't even sure were reading my posts.
Anyway...
Thanks for the reviews. :)
I've never enjoyed things like "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here"... Personally I think it's a load of rubbish (along with "Big Brother") still, if you're enjoying it then that's all that matters. :)
Finally caught the first of the Museum movies the other day and enjoyed it alot. I'm looking forward to seeing the second one soon.
