Smell:
1. baby powder...it is just so pretty and so comforting!
2. oranges....makes me think of a ride Horizons that Epcot USED to have, I love it as perfume too
3. coconut
4. coffee ...makes me think of my Grandma and Grampa's house (no I don't drink it)
5. Hate: tuna fish...it is WAY too strong when you get it from the can, man!!

Touch:
1. Max. He is so soft and furry, I love it!
2. babies skin...they have the softest skin it is like touching rose petals
3. fleece....so soft and comfortable
4. playdough...what?! It is so fun to squeeze, I say it can release stress!
5. Hate: dirty dishes...makes me want to throw up.

Sound:
1. thunderstorms....comforting for some reason
2. a fan...I have to hear a fan in order to fall asleep (or a tv on)
3. Iliana Kadoush (or however she spells it)...she reads the Twilight series aloud and is good!
4. laughter..even hearing some good laughs makes me laugh!!
5. Hate: celery being eaten...so noisy and annoying!!

Fun Tag and Thanks

I really want to thank the people who have had such nice comments on my last few posts, it has meant so much to me. After such a bad week, all I really wanted was some kind words from my friends and you really came through. I have to ignore the anonymous's of the world because they really don't know me, and TRY to remember that some people just don't get my sense of humor YET, or remember things may sound different in other parts of the country/world.

Anywho, I saw this Tag at Not The Rockerfeller's and it looked fun, so I am using it as my Post for today. By the way, ate at Bertucci's, had a yummy 4 cheese ravioli with meat sauce dinner and have been napping on and off. It just happened, zzzzzzz, zonked in and out for a few hours. I guess the body just needed to cat nap! So here goes the tag!

No and they have laces. My everyday Vans I don't even have to untie to put on, my fake chucks yeah I have to untie to put ON, and my fake rocketdogs,etc are slip ons. I LOVE Payless!

Personally I don't find myself so. Some people have said they think I am, but I have a hard time seeing it, if it is true.

I was tagged by Stacey at Taylor Tidbits so here I go. This is one I have NOT seen before, so should be fun!! Don't ask me what happened to number 4...I am going with the "flow". LOL!!

I am right handed...take a WILD guess which one is my right hand. My left...well I am SO not ambidextrous....obviously.

2) list 5 of your 50/50's..

1. Outback and Olive Garden. I LOVE the Chicken with Gnocchi and adored the Chicken Milanese while they had it. But I LOVE the Filet Mignon and Baked potato soup, so I love both equally!

2. Sandra Bullock and Reese Witherspoon. These ladies are BOTH excellent actresses and I love them both. Sandra can be funny and serious (Practical Magic, 28 Days, Murder by Numbers,etc.) and so can Reese (Legally Blonde, Sweet Home Alabama, Walk the Line,etc.) so I can't possibly pick which I like better!!














3. The Golden Compass movie and Stardust. LOVE both, both are full of magic and COOL effects and things. I want to see magic and fallen stars...and Deniro as a gay pirate, but I want a Daemon as half my soul too! Mine is a Lion named Remis...I took the test OKAY!! They are just both ROCKIN' movies and SOOOO good!!













4. Cadbury Fruit & Nut Bars and Milky Way bars. Le's face it, each has the best of both Worlds!! Cadbury has raisins and almonds in it's luscious chocolate. And Milky Way has nougatty goodness and caramel in a milk chocolate shell!! Who could choose between these two?? I want both!!














5. Ireland or New Zealand. Which to visit someday first. I am 1/4 of each, both are gorgeous. How to choose...seriously look at these pics!!

3) 5 pet peeves

1. Judgemental, RUDE people. (You don't KNOW me!)
   
2. Also, like Stacey, stepping into something WET when you have socks on!! Agghhh!!
3. People who are only your friend, when it SUITS them.
4. People talking when their mouth's are full. Yuck!!
5. When it takes people an hour to tell a 2 minute story....get to the POINT!!!

5) 5 things that don't mix well.

1. Fruit and Sandwiches. I HATE fruit inside sandwiches, sure LOADS of people love it, but I do not want cranberry IN my turkey sandwich, or apple slices on a meat sandwich, it is just WRONG. And people DO love this, I waitressed at Weezie's restaurant, and 2 of the most popular sandwich were the Talking Turkey (turkey,cranberry sauce,stuffing,mayo,lettuce,etc) and Pop-Pop's Pork Sandwich (pork,apple slices,apricot chutney,lettuce,mayo,etc)...NOOOO!! Fruit and sammies BAD!!

2. Camera's and Ambien....see one of my last posts. Enough said.

3. Wendy and No-Doze. I took this driving one of the cars from Florida back home to Connecticut. That is when the new, Wendy can only drive short distances started. I FALL asleep at the wheel even if I had just slept 14 hours!! So I took this...MISTAKE. I was SO wired I was shaking, it was so SCARY, I felt out of my mind, I was like vibrating off the seat! No more for Wendy!

4. Mashed Potatoes and Ketchup. Seriously, my sister Kat has done this and it GROSSES me out to no end. It is WRONG! Mashed Potatoes and Gravy people. Maybe even butter sometimes. But never ketchup!!

5. French Fries with Jelly. My sister's friend from Washington State does this, or with mayo. And I love all three things....seperately though. *gags*

I will go and Tag people directly on their websites. Hah, so they don't see it coming!! Mwahahah!

13 Random Things I Love

Thirteen Random things I love:

I saw this on the NABLOPOMO site, and thought what a good idea. I love all sorts of random things. People WANT to know! Not really, but it is MY blog. SO here goes.

1) Nor' Easter Snow Storms. I LOVE snow, and the more, the merrier...sure I refuse to run the snow blower (it freaks me out!!), but ANYWAY, snow is so pure and I love the smell and everything about! It makes me giddy when I see snow falling!

2) Over-sized Mugs. I always loved the ones I saw on "Friends", and so I found some similar and I found cool ones that were so original, I love to collect them! I love to make like a triple size hot chocolate and drink it from these massive mugs. And now, after Sam's birthday pottery fun, I HAVE the biggest mug EVER!! Oh I will have to pe presentable and take a pic of me with it. SO big....Sam put it on as a hat yesterday...germy lil punk!!

3) Splenda Quick-paks. Since my WLS, I can't have regular koolaid, which I love (cherry, orange and pink lemonade yeah!) and I loathe the Sugar-Free brand, so these lil packs and a koolaid pack made me koolaid in seconds! No more having to measure a whole cup of Splenda, this is the same size as a Koolaid pack, it's condensed Splenda!! Only available now on the website! Sad, but I still buy it that way...much cheaper since all 5 of us drink it and go through at least 2 pitchers a day!

4) TV Guide. And I have a subscription, so I get it before anyone else! And I can read what will happen on my shows and I cackle. heeheehee. Other people have to wait like another 5 days and I have it here at my grubby fingertips!!

5) Limewire. Yeah like I BUY cd's anymore. Okay for a few specific bands, like Superchick, YES. But when there is only a song or two I like by someone or it's someone I am giving a "try", Limewire lets me have my songs...for free! I love it! I hear a song on One Tree Hill, like Kate Voegele singing the song "Hallelujah" (a song I love!), and BAM, I download it, and it's on my IPOD!



6) House. Hugh Laurie as Gregory House never fails to make me smile and laugh. Even on really bad days, if I watch an episode of House, I feel a little lighter inside when he does a House thing or says one of his fabulous House-isms. Even when he is at his most "obnoxious", he makes ME laugh and love him all the more. Don't even think of slammi' on House here...I am a devout fan...and would marry this so-called "foul man" in a heartbeat...SURE he is fictional...but none the less, HE ROCKS!!

7) Baby Powder. I know others will not get it, but I LOVE it. I use it every day. I have perfume that smells like it, incense oil that smells like it. It is one of my favorite smells!! It is so comforting and pure. I just adore the smell, and it is silky smooth. What a great invention. Oh and Johnson's & Johnson's ALL the way. I hate using generic!!

8) Archie Comics. Though the Betty & Veronica Digests are my first choice, I have been a fan forever. I read my first ones because my Dad still has a bunch of comics, not in the best shape, from his youth. And I fell hard for the never-ending saga that is Archie, Betty and Veronica. That is basic bathroom reading in this house. There are Archie (or whoever) comics in every bathroom. Sure, they recycle stories, so strips from the 50's are in ones I buy now, but I love the old ones too! Betty was quite the schemer in the older ones too! She is more nice now, still some schemes, but more so in the older ones. LOVE it!!

9) Frizz Ease. It is the only product I use in my hair. Just for the flyaways. I don't DO products. The only time I sometimes use a product is when I cut the back of my hair SO it is spiky and then I use Bead Head manipulator (mmm coconut). Anytime else, just Frizz Ease...and that's only been for the last 6 months! I don't DO anything with my hair. I don't flat-iron, curl, etc. Please the only time I use a hair dryer is during the WINTER, because I freeze to death otherwise! I am a natural girl...in regards to hair upkeep. (This does NOT include my awesome Redness). I wouldn't even know what to do with REAL product. I hate to feel anything IN my hair, so it's best this way. Please, my Mom cuts MY hair. I don't pay someone to lop off a straight line of hair. And she even gave me the cute shortie 'do I rocked this past summer. Yeah, she rocks.

10) Vans. no not the car type, the sneakers! They are super comfy and I like how they look. They aren't ols ladt looking or just LAME. They have spunk. I don't care that they are "skater" shoes, they feel good! And even the plain black ones I have this year, I rocked with BRIGHT turquoise laces...yeah I am SO creative. LOL!

11) Scarves. Not the cold weather kind, well, unless they are really long and not BIG fluffy, but the kind you wear just because. I wear them (I have like 12) with jeans and a tee. Here is the kind I mean...not the drapy business suit kind. The artsy, cool kind. Well I find 'em cool, so there!

12) Lip Balms. I hate lipstick, but lip gloss/balm is my friend. I collect them...half I don't use but would NOT give away. I have 100's. Lip Smackers' in Dr. Pepper is my fave, a hint of color and that yummy smell of soda! Nuetrogena MoistureShine Lip Sheers are cool too. I love balms that give "hints" of color. I am not big on loads of color on my lips, I don't think it looks good on me, but sheer stuff suits anyone. And I love my MeetMARK Lip "markers", that's what they look like, they were discontinued, but you basically color your lips, and depending on how much you put on, depends on the color. So I do sheer again. Kinda like lip stains which I also have the Revlon ones.

13) Pens. Specifically, the pens they have at doctors offices, with the Drug they are touting. I get a little clepto whenever I go to a doctor's office, and get quite pissy when they have no good ones. And what is really distressing?? Starting in 2009, drug rep's can't give stuff away anymore. My Mom, nurse remember, is so mad. She loves the fact that she gets pads and pens and monitor wipers in the shape of birds. I don't see what the big deal is. They are SO wrong in thinking that bribery will make someone buy their drug if it sucks. GIMME my pens!! I NEED THEM! It's a sickness!!

No Fair...JK!!!

Please I have only been tagged once before so I am NOT at all upset with being tagged. By the awesome Deb!!! Six random facts about myself....hmmmm....don't know if I have 6!! Crap!!Okay we will see how it goes...otherwise...ABANDON SHIP, ABANDON SHIP!!!

1) I should be a princess. Yup, seriously. Before it was Czechoslavakia, part of it was Moravia. As in Moravec...as in that's my last name (please I have written my name down before....it's too late!). And my Uncle Garry, was quite the family historian and geneaology freak, and he found out, if Moravia was still around we'd be royalty.....so sad....Moravia come BACK!! I want a tiarra!!! No, not the fake one in my room....one that can be hocked and give me money's!!!

2) I smell burning flesh sometimes. It's all I can smell, and I don't know what it IS!! I will get it and it lasts for weeks sometimes, so I constantly am smelling...what smells to me, like burning flesh. Now I know if you smell roses, THAT means something...but what is the DEAL with kinda salty burned flesh?! What is WRONG with me??! What? That IS random....right?

3) My parents always knew I was gonna be a girl. I am the only child they were certain they knew if it was a boy or girl. They always knew I was gonna be a girl and always knew they were gonna call me Wendy. They had reasons for the name....but that could be a blog post all on it's own...so that's all you get! Anyway, they decided AFTER I was born, that I would have been a William if they had been wrong, but that was AFTER I was born. Hahaha!

4) I am obsessed with dolphins. They are the most magical creatures to me. When we go to Sea World, I don't have to go on rides, see any shows, anything. Just plant me at Key West where they have dolphins, and give me some money for dead fish, and I will stand there ALL day, practically dangling over the edge, trying to get to pet a dolphin. And I HAVE, many times! So sleek like rubber but more solid. I have gotten to rub under their jaws and slide a dead squishy fishy (which is SO gross...but SO worth it) into their happy mouths. I have been purposely splashed my them...and that is left is my biggest wish...to swim with them!! Ohhh I am dying to! And to hug one!! Seriously I have kept my family waiting for at least 2 hours before...they all wana go and DO something else, but I am "a few more minutes" and it turns into hours! And the people get photographed by people on the other shore, and you are handed a ticket if they got shots of you with the dolphins, and I have had bunches in my pockets, because I have been there...keeping my spot...for hours....and yes I buy them! This is me...yes I have been told I look like I am cooing to the dolphin. I probably AM! And no...I was not aware my chest was squishing into the 5 trays ($5 a tray) of dead fish...LOL!
5) I am a neat freak but I hate to clean. I mean if it's my room, yeah okay, not so bad with cleaning. A) I know it's only MY germs, and B) i made the mess. But cleaning is just SO boring and tedious. I mean, my Mom loves to clean. Sister Hoeger, Mom's BFF and my second mom, loves to cook. So THEY think the two of them should get to live together and we'd ALL have the best of both worlds. She SO hates to clean. Anyway, dirty dishes and bathrooms make me want to GAG! If I lived alone, it wouldn't be a problem. When alone I tend to immediately clean up after myself...but in a household? Nope....it's a mess and I don't wanna clean it up. Will only do so under great duress...and if it is so BAD it makes my OCD RAGEEEE!!! So it's quite the conundrum!!

6) I lost my two front teeth at the same moment. When my lil sister Katie, punched them out. According to HER, I was being horrid, so she got so mad she punched me. I don't remember being a pain, all I remember is her FIST, punching 2 NOT LOOSE front teeth out!! And I never let her forget it. EVER.

Okay so was that hard? Well yeah...what is random and interesting....versus what is random and makes no sense or will put them to sleep...hmmmm, LOL, it was fun though!!

Sanuk is Thai for Happy. Happy Feet! I love shoes, but couldn't get ALL my shoes together in 1 place...and at 12 in the morning!!
5. A Closet....this is the hall closet us girls use for coats...also the game closet...half of those are mine...I like hoodies and sweaters!!What?!
6. Favorite Room....the TV room where I watch TV and BLOG the night away...also home to the new pellet stove....LOVE warmth!! See that's the Table Mate 2 I talked about...and there is Max where he lays against my leg...he was NOT happy I got up and took pics!
7. Self Portrait...this is not right, I am in comfy pj's and no makeup so here is me and Max...no not in the mood for a pic, LOL!
8. The kitchen Sink....no we are NOT slobs...I can't do dishes...the whole germophobic thing makes me gag...Mom is the clean-a-holic and she works and Kat is always gone...it's kind of her thing, since Sam does the laundry and I do all the shopping.....dirty dishes gross me out!
9. A bathroom...this is the "girls bathroom"...if it were just mine it would be immaculate, seriously...that's Kat and Sam's crap everywhere....I NEED my own bathroom....lucky Whitney!
10. My dream vacation....hmmmmm it'd be somewhere tropical or Ireland!!

10 Things...

Okay so I am trying to forgive Maxie. He IS asleep against my left leg right now. My parents want US to try and train him out of this CUJO phase first, so every time he bears his fangs, he is to be put behind the gate in his room...he hates to be locked up, so they hope this will teach him, you Cujo, you get locked up. And if he does get nasty after a few weeks still, pro trainer time. I hope he can do it with our help...I am still a little leary around him right now, but I hope it is just because it is still so fresh. Right?

10 Things I Remember From Growing Up

1. My Little Ponies - loved them, even saw some of the movies, watched the show,etc.
2. Shrinky Dinks!! - you remember (hopefully), you colored them in, then baked them in the oven and they shrunk, and it was like...whhoooooaaaa awesome!!
3. Barbies - okay obsessed I was, still have a bunch if I ever did get married and have kids
4. Glo-Worm - I had this lil glow in the dark caterpillar forever!! He slept with me every night.
5. Lisa Frank stickers - they were THE stickers to have!!
6. Christopher Pike books - I STILL read them...and R.L. Stine's Fear Street series too! They rocked!!
7. Popples - they were stuffed toys that you could tuck into a ball...and then they had their own tv show!

8. Cabbage Patch Kids - they were the Tickle Me Elmo of my age group! We couldn't afford them at first so my Mom MADE us Moravec-Patch dolls. I still have mine! And then Grandma surprised up one year and got them for us girls!! We were so psyched! My doll had red hair...hmm maybe thats when I decided red was for me!
9. Annie the movie. It was my all time favorite movie! I have it practically memorized!!
10. The Smurfs - best tv show as a kid ever!

This will be difficult...writing about me...LOL!

This IS me. Say HI WENDY!!

1. My dream job, even though I have never taken real classes in it, is a job in Disney Animation. I would try and copy pictures of Dumbo and Chip + Dale, etc. Walt Disney is a hero of mine...and never say a bad thing against him, I will rip you DOWN. I even did a paper on him in high school.

2. I took 4 years of acrobatics, until the class was removed from my dance school. When I was...limber...I could do cartwheels, standing backbends, headstands, and the like.

3. I am Australian, Irish, German, New Zealand, Czech ( if Moravia was still around, I'd be a Princess...according to my Uncle) and a skosh (how DO you spell it?!) English. I'm told the Irish/Australian is prevalent in me, pale with freckles and burns easily, which is why I can get away with doing my hair red. My Aunt , born in Australia, had flaming red hair.

4. Algebra makes complete sense to me and I LOVE it. Some say math is on the same side of the brain as art...otherwise I have no clue as to how this happened...I love doing quadratic equations and factoring...it's a sickness!!

5. The night before my Baptism I got the chicken pox. I had to go last, as there were three of us being baptized together, and they didn't want me infecting the water! And I slept through the entire party we had at our house afterwards...it was a miserable day...thank you so much for taking pictures Dad!! And I preceded to infect my older brother, and my 2 younger sisters. Misery loves company.

6. I crack my neck, the kind of way where it looks like how they kill people in movies. And in both directions, I can do it too. It feels SO good, sometimes I do hit a nerve and my fingers will move involuntarily. And I crack my knuckles and my toes.

7. When I listen to songs, I sometimes pretend it's me who's singing them, and lip sync. I have NO singing ability whatsoever...wish I did! LOL!
